1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All payments made to One Australia Group are final and non-refundable.
Under no circumstances will any amount be refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend or continue the course
  • Personal, financial, medical, or visa-related reasons
  • Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
  • Technical issues on the customer’s side
  • Failure to read or understand course details prior to purchase

2. Transfer Policy (Limited Exception)

While refunds are not permitted, a one-time transfer of enrollment is allowed under the following strict conditions:

  • The transfer request must be made within 7 days of the original enrollment date
  • The transfer can only be made to another individual
  • No transfers will be accepted after 7 days, under any circumstances
  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by One Australia Group
  • Administrative fees may apply

3. Payment Confirmation & Acceptance

By completing a payment through our website or via a Stripe payment link sent through telesales, the customer:

  • Acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy
  • Confirms they have reviewed all course details prior to purchase
  • Accepts that all sales are final

4. Disputes & Charge Backs

Any attempt to initiate a charge back or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy will be considered a breach of terms, and One Australia Group reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate course access immediately
  • Submit this policy as evidence to payment processors and financial institutions

5. Policy Modification

One Australia Group reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
