What started as a small PTE coaching class in a Melbourne CBD library meeting room has grown into Australia's most trusted English test coaching platform — with 3 campuses, an AI platform and students in 14 countries.

2018

Founded in Melbourne CBD

Two trainers, a meeting room and 12 students. Our first PTE batch passed with a 100% success rate. Word spread fast across Melbourne's South Asian community.

2019

Opened Clayton campus · IELTS & NAATI added

Demand from students near Monash University led us to open our Clayton campus. We expanded beyond PTE to cover IELTS and NAATI CCL — 11 languages supported from day one.

2020

Went fully online during COVID — and never looked back

When campuses closed, we moved to Zoom within 48 hours. Online enrolments tripled within 6 months. Students joined from Brisbane, Perth, Sydney — and then Canada, the UK and India.

2021

Launched MockMaster.ai · Score guarantee introduced

We built our own AI scoring engine trained on 1M+ real exam responses. For the first time, students could get PTE scores in under 10 seconds. We formalised our score guarantee in writing — a first in the industry.

2022

Truganina campus opened · CELPIP & LanguageCert added

The Western suburbs community had been travelling to CBD for years. We opened Truganina to bring coaching closer. Expanded to CELPIP for Canadian immigration and LanguageCert SELT for UK visas.

50,000th student milestone · OET & TOEFL added

We coached our 50,000th student — a nurse from India who needed OET Grade B for AHPRA registration. OET and TOEFL joined our curriculum. Students now studying from 14 countries.

Is One Australia registered and accredited?

Yes. One Australia Group Pty Ltd is a registered Australian company. We are a recognised coaching provider for all Pearson PTE, IELTS, NAATI CCL, CELPIP, LanguageCert and OET exams. We also issue official exam vouchers for LanguageCert SELT and CELPIP.

How long has One Australia been operating?

We were founded in Melbourne in 2018. Over 8 years we've grown from 2 trainers and 12 students to a team of 20+ trainers coaching 100,000+ students across 14 countries. The score guarantee has been honoured for every eligible student since day one.

Are your trainers qualified?

Every trainer must score 89+ in the exam they teach before they are permitted to coach. Most of our team are former students themselves — they passed PTE, IELTS or NAATI on their own migration journey and now help others do the same.

Can I visit a campus without an appointment?

Yes — walk-ins are always welcome at CBD, Clayton and Truganina during business hours (Monday–Saturday 7am–8pm). You can sit a free mock test, meet a trainer and see a course demo on the same visit.
