LanguageCert SELT (Secure English Language Test) is an English test approved by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for UK visa and settlement applications from Australian residents and other nationalities. LanguageCert is one of only a few SELT providers approved by the UK Home Office.

For a UK Spouse or Partner Visa (Appendix FM), you need at least CEFR Level A1 in Speaking and Listening. For further leave to remain applications, you typically need B1. For UK citizenship (naturalisation), you need B1 in Listening and Speaking. Check the specific visa requirement with an immigration adviser.

No — LanguageCert SELT is not accepted by the Australian Department of Home Affairs for skilled migration points. For Australian PR, you need PTE Academic, IELTS, CELPIP, TOEFL iBT or OET (for healthcare professionals).

LanguageCert SELT is available at authorised test centres across Australia. One Australia Group can advise on the nearest available test centre to your location.
