1. What is an IELTS Scorecard?

An IELTS Scorecard is an official report that shows your performance in all four sections of the IELTS exam  Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking  along with your overall band score.

 

Each section of the IELTS test is scored on a band scale of 1 to 9. Your overall IELTS band score is the average of the four section scores, rounded to the nearest half or whole band.

 

The IELTS Scorecard is valid for two years from the date of your test. After this period, the score expires and is no longer accepted by most institutions or immigration authorities.

 Yes, you can apply for an Enquiry on Results (EOR) within 6 weeks of your test date if you believe your score is incorrect. The test will be re-marked by senior examiners.
