A CELPIP voucher is an official prepaid code issued by Paragon Testing Enterprises (the company that develops and administers the CELPIP exam). When you purchase a voucher from One Australia Group, you receive a unique code via email. You then visit the official CELPIP website at celpip.ca, register an account, choose your test date and centre, and apply the voucher code at checkout to cover the exam fee.

CELPIP vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must register and sit your exam within this period. Vouchers are non-refundable once delivered, in line with Paragon Testing's policy. If you need to reschedule your test after booking, rescheduling fees apply directly through the CELPIP website.

Yes. CELPIP vouchers from One Australia Group are official Paragon Testing codes and can be redeemed at any authorised CELPIP test centre worldwide — including locations across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, as well as centres in Canada, India, Philippines and 40+ other countries.

For maximum CRS points in Express Entry, you need CLB 9 or above in all four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). CLB 9 earns 31 CRS points per skill (124 total for a single applicant). CLB 10+ earns the maximum 34 points per skill.

Both CELPIP and IELTS General Training are accepted by IRCC for Canadian immigration. CELPIP is fully computer-delivered (no human examiner for any section), which many test-takers find less stressful for Speaking. Results are available within 4–8 business days.
