The 44-week programme is specifically created for Information Technology graduates and postgraduates.
A group of qualified trainers educate students about Australian work etiquette, culture, workplace relations, and corporate communications skills during the course of the program's 32-week theoretical sessions, seminars, and workshops. Effective interviewing methods and resume-building procedures are also taught to students.
For the next 12 weeks, students participate in a majority of unpaid internships with reputable companies to gain practical experience and specific training regarding Australian workplace culture
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 45
Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in information technology from a reputable Australian university that awards credit for at least two years
Applicants must get an overall PTE exam score of at least 50 points or an IELTS minimum score of 6 across all modules
The participant must hold a valid 485 subclass visa that is valid for at least a year or have applied for one
